Enterprise HDD and server infrastructure buyback

RESCOM works with companies replacing servers, storage arrays, backup systems or other infrastructure and retiring larger quantities of drives. We are primarily interested in enterprise and data center HDDs, including 2.5″ and 3.5″ SAS and SATA models. We also value SSDs, servers and storage arrays when they are part of a larger project.

For an initial valuation, a list of models, capacities, quantities and the equipment location is sufficient. You can send the details directly through the quotation form together with an XLSX, CSV or PDF file, or photos of the labels. For larger lots, we can arrange collection using our own transport.

What happens to the data on the drives?

Equipment intended for reuse may require prior data sanitization. We agree the scope of the process before collection, depending on the media type and the company’s requirements. More information is available on our HDD and SSD data erasure. W przypadku szerszych projektów wycofania infrastruktury możemy połączyć odkup z procesem IT Asset Disposition (ITAD).

How does the buyback process work?

  1. You send us an equipment list and location.
  2. We review models, quantities and condition and prepare a valuation.
  3. We agree collection terms and data-handling requirements.
  4. Once agreed, we collect and process the equipment.
