In connection with the quotation form, we may process data provided by the user, in particular: company name, VAT/tax ID, name or designation of the contact person, telephone number, email address, equipment location, equipment information and data contained in submitted attachments. Please do not include personal data in attachments unless it is necessary to prepare the quotation or handle the enquiry.
Data is processed to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, conduct correspondence and take steps towards entering into and performing a business relationship. The legal basis may be Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract – and, for B2B contacts or data of company representatives, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. the controller’s legitimate interest in handling correspondence, presenting offers and maintaining business relationships.
Providing data is voluntary; however, fields marked as required are necessary to handle the enquiry. Without them, submitting the form and preparing a response may not be possible.

At present, the website does not use advertising or analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Google Ads to track users. If solutions requiring consent for cookies or similar technologies are introduced in the future, this privacy policy and the consent management mechanism will be updated accordingly.
The form allows users to submit information and attachments needed to value equipment. Users should provide only data necessary to handle the enquiry and should not submit confidential personal data in attachments unless necessary.
